What about status? I passed the test and got status "Verified" with "staff". With server, it says pending

About that, could you pass the test at 640x480? Your resolution of 580x451 caught us off-guard tbh. Due to GUI elements, the algorithm we use takes 640x480 as the minimum resolution, discarding any custom resolution possibilities below this

I have a custom map named cs estate. I have the dff file but no texture (txd) file. I used collision type as autogenerate. The following errors were recieved:
When I used debug mode ingame, it shows error:
[FILES] Callback failed to process 'cs_estate.txd' data.
[CUSTOMOBJ] Failed to load texture file 'cs_estate.txd'.

In debuglog.txt file, it shows:
Error in RwTexDictionaryStreamRead: #Native texture tag was not found. #1
Error in RwTexDictionaryBufferRead: RwTexDictionary is null.

The txd file is manually created using latest version of txd workshop and I used compression DXT1 and DXT3. Total 69 files were formed in this txd.

This. The only things that you should divide are optional extras like webstats. The old saying goes if you want a job done well, do it yourself. In VC:MP it can be adapted to 'If you want a job done at all, do it yourself'. If you really want to make this happen, learn to script and do it yourself, it's not that hard.
I can script very well. Actually the server side is completed by me and KuRuMi with the release of teaser. The actual issue was client side. Me and KuRuMi never scripted client side so we needed a new scripter for that. The new scripter's (added new after leaving of first) just wasted our time and didn't show any progress. Finally, we decided to script client side by ourselves. Now, I am scripting client side and he is now making the server side more compact and adding few features to the spectate system.

Not really. If you put on a good enough event, people will come to you. VC:MP is a tiny community, word travels fast.
He is right. We don't need promotional content. I am sure that the teaser boosted up many clans for the tournament so the trailer will be outstanding. Other than that, the server is made very friendly and very decorative + the web will give a good impression on others.

Dont forget to check the unnamed but worthy and responsibles and invite them to staff, even at the lowest rank of staff so they could show their skills in this way.

GL for the event. Gamemode is, in my sight, much interesting than VW.
