So I'm not sure if this is the best place to post, but since this is more or less the official vc:mp hub, I'll give it a go.

Also I'm on windows 10 x64 if that's of any relevance.

Also no mods, never had mods in ma laif.

try to run the browser as admin.

I had a issue like this but it wasn't crashing and it doesn't allow me to connect to the server.I blocked my antivirus and it fixed it.

Maybe it can be your antivirus.

or you can try removing your save files from document.
