To balance every group, we would be placing every participant once accepted into three tiers which includes professional, average and nub. A group will have each kind of people.

Yes, they will be divided based on the region, for example east, central and west.

I have 3 Questions-

1)Will there be any fps and ping limit.
2)Like if some I have some timing problem to participate in a round ,(as in the rules ,the one who showed up will win )so I will be eliminated from the event or if I tell any admin that I will not be able to come then something can be done?
3)Is there any time limit for a match or round between 2 guys

Will there be any fps and ping limit.

Yes, limit is yet to be decided by the staff team. Last time we had ping limit of 400 ms and 25 for fps. All the rules will be announced shortly.

In round robin system, there is no restriction of playing a specific match first and then moving to next. You can always play against anyone in your group. Deadline will be announced which will be long enough for you to complete your matches even if you are from different timezone.

If during the match you’ve some genuine problem, it can be continued later depending upon the referee available. At the end of group stage, all the unplayed matches will be observed by the staff and collective decision will be made regarding their fate in the next stage.

This is under discussion however it was allowed in the previous seasons and didn't really caused any trouble. I'll be announcing this in a week though.

Right, It's never about the amount of time two people will duel. There are going to be amount of sets possibly 3 and best of them will be considered. As soon as you've completed all those sets, you are done.

Our admin pool reached to the full capacity. We are only hiring referees via applications and i guess you've applied.

The loser will be awarded win. Everyone would be awarded win against hacker in the group. All of the matches played would be tagged as L.
