@OP, mostly games provide voice chat inbuilt only and if you're using Steam then it got calls option, as Theremin said, just use Discord

Why using vcmp-game.dll at the first place? then coming here to ask for an unban? event is postponed, why there's even a need to join server 100s of times when you're done at first join, all you or anyone was supposed to do is to register yourself for once and then wait for event to start, what makes you join the empty server to check if you're banned or not? too much UIDs change?

Your VC version is problematic, it should be 1.0 ,if it's already 1.0 then try with 1.1, it's it's already 1.1 then do an attempt with 1.0, it should work ( Just google about versions, you'll get executes)

even your phone's basic earphones can be used for the same purpose, get a splitter( costs 50 rs here) which will convert your one jack to separate 2 jacks, mic and speakers separate,then you can use those basic earphones too, if it's about communication only.
