Alright we have some very good news.
It turns out it was a brother of someone on the forums. For privacy reasons I will not say who it was, but you get the point.
He used a bug in one of our Mods used on the forums, and gained access to the admin panel that way.
He changed Charleys password, and used his account to make the changes here on the forums.
Luckily, He didn't know passwords are highly encrypted saved in the database, but he tried to download a database dumb (He though the passwords are saved as plain text) and saved it on his computer (Which he shares with this member). He did this before any changes were made, and this member emailed me this dump. Luckily this dump contains the VC Ladder, and the Applications board so I should be able to restore them

EDIT: I was able to restore all topics, boards, messages and categories. Avatars are still fucked tho, The dump didn't have them (Well they did, but the Justin Bieber ones
) so you gotta change that yourself.
