It has been a long path for this fella which, despite his rough start, at his own pace ultimately reached and crossed the finish line beyond everyone's expectations. He's loyal to the family and interacted with us a lot, getting involved and soon well integrated. He's relentless and he put a lot of effort, demonstrating his qualities especially through the work done in Vice War. He really did a lot on every front, and I praise him for having patience for the long time it took. May he be the living example to everyone who hasn't made it yet; you've been accepted for your potential, keep working on your qualities and your time to shine will come too.
In particular, it's been a pleasure for me to have him in my own EAD team. I didn't know what to expect when I picked him but I was pleasantly surprised. You are a part of the family to me and I wish you keep on doing what you're doing, for it has got to bring you on top.
