i have. his immature behavior, he's not answerable for his actions

The personal attack made by Ashay was a result of provocation by someone else.
He got the same treatment for that.

The Ladder staff is classified into Main Admins and Referees.
All Main Admins have equal priveledge and so do referees.
But this case was exception. I didnt consider referees vote in this case.

Like i said, this case, i took it as an exception.
Because Ashay left the team at his own will.
I asked him back in, he agreed, so hes back.....simple and easy.
So, its not a big decision...i just undo the things which our immaturity caused.
