Read the 4 posts in that board, you will get familiarized with it.

It is a similar event like VCDC...but it keeps going on,
new players keep getting added....old players get removed....it never reaches a winner.

And you dont apply, you challenge, you need to read Charley's Ladder rules before you think about trying it
