Thank you all for your advice! After doing more research into the CPU, I've decided to go for the AMD Ryzen 3 3100 due to it's hyper-threading capabilities, making it 4 core 8 thread.

Final specs are:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 CPU
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU
Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8 GB RAM
Storage: SATA 256 GB SSD

if you still have your dead pc, get HDD out of it and put it in the new pc, since the 256 will not be capable to get all games and stuff on it, i suggest you to just put the windows on the SSD and the programs that you will install also.
