hELLO GooD pEople!
I think it is time for me to start scripting as almost 4 months to become 14 and I am in need of scripting tools, info, tutorials and basic thingys so I can start learning how to do magic (script for VCMP)
any help would be appreciated ♥♥♥

I started to write in pawn thanks to a little old community for latins, which is now dead. There, i used to download scripted gamemodes, analize them and later make my own commands on a blank server.
There is a section in the VCMP forum which can help you, Scripting Support and Script Showroom.
Your best try must be go and check such section, download a basic script and ask for help if you have got some doubt regarding to i.e. how to make a specific command or how to create a database.

I suggest you to start with Squirrel, which is the easiest and basic language used by almost every server. You don't even need a super advanced editor, just notepad.
I started scripting when i was 11, and i believe that you will get to do it fine and will have no problems. It's entertaining to script when you're young.
Although i haven't scripted for a couple of years, and i won't be able to help you with more than this, i wish you good luck.

Try downloading a pre-released script and edit it, it will make you understand most of the scripting methodology you'll ever need.

I recommend Sublime (https://www.sublimetext.com/).
it requires license but you can always keep skipping it hue.
