Post by: GangstaRas on July 16, 2016, 01:39:10 am: Well 5 weeks is finally up, but honestly it doesn't feel like 5 weeks, feels more like 3 but I'm back on the block guys ;D. Someone fill me in on all the VCMP headaches like what's been happening in the clan, where the hell is EAD website, what happened to 2 v 2, you know the works

Oh and for those wondering about the bodybuilding goal from the warehouse work, I found out that if you build muscle there, it's actually because you're stupid in your approach to work. So some manual labour is done but it's really all about working smart and not hard. Be that as it may I gained 10 - 12 lbs there, whole lot of hamstrings, lower back and moderate shoulder action going on. I thank them : :D
