Yea its true, I legit didnt do anything, one of the ON member got pwned by me and he report, I recorded my gameplay too and posted but still meta asked me to duel, and I did defeated him. Afterwards he banned me for "Speedhack"

I dont use any software, I dont hack. Just hold the fire button and switch through weps, when you want to shoot remove finger from shift and shoot. Thats how I fight, which is soo called "Speed hack" etc.

Yesterday, the EAD script detected something on you which wasn't supposed to be there. So here's a sincere piece of advice: Be honest, right now while you still have the chance.

I am not hacking, I cant record coz of some issues with recorders. Else I will post fully Task manager programs running, my gameplay asap.

Guys, there must be a misunderstanding. I am not and in fact, never hacked. Even If I did, these are private boards and I'd openly confess to you. I joined this clan for a reason not to degrade it and I do love & respect it, along with its rules and its values. It's an honor for me to wear to the VU tag in this community. I might be young, but not stupid to let this honor slip away by hacking. This is all I can say, I hope you guys have a little trust on me. I have learned from my seniors, I learned from the matter of Freak. I am fully aware If I hack, there's no place for me here. I dont hack, even I dont have hack. I can do whatever it takes.
I just want to earn your trust, that's it. Whatever decision you take in this matter, I am ready to comply. Give me a chance, I will not disappoint you. Thank you!

I wasnt having chainsaw, so I was re gaining chainsaw. I usually eat and drink here maybe I pressed it mistakenly but I dont use U key IDK wtf its function to do.

Sure about it? You did press the 'u' key, I don't know exactly how many times. This was followed by your ban in LWs. Not sure If you hacked or not, but the circumstances seem to point towards the first scenario.

At the end of the day confessed or not, we're going to make a decision devil. Proof of scripts are there. We're trying to reason with you, because you are a great player. But under any circumstances VU will have a player with usage of illegal game mods. This is unacceptable, and this is what we fight for, a fair play in Vice City Multiplayer.
We can come to a mutual understanding, talk about it and erase everything and stand with you. Or constitution will be applied, if the balance weighs in more on the proof there is.

You've used it 14 times. What's interesting is, you press it everytime you reconnect, possibly to enable it again.
And it has a pattern, you press U twice in 5 seconds.

I broke a CMD thats why that happened. I was watching ferr running behind some VU like SMD or else. He was going towards 3rd enterance of mall, I was watching him behind the bridge, (I can show you) and when he come near to the entrance I pop his head.

Before i become a member of vu i've fought with devil several times, and im pretty sure he is clean, devil and matrix are almost the same fighting style and i used to fight like them before i break my mouse, everybody used to call me and matrix "Speed hackers" but in the fact we dont even know about hacks and how to use and im sure devil is just like us, i can explain the way he plays.
when you keep the shoot button in and change weps while you press shift (especially in lw server cuz there no crouch) you get a high speed, more than normal, and for a pro player who does fast switch in a perfect way it becomes a very fast speed, i dont know what the hell is u button you are talking about, but im pretty sure that devil is clean...
he is one of our family, we have to give him the trust, he says that he is clean (and im sure he is) and we have to beleive him. any way if you dont beleive me i will show you guys the way when i fix my mouse.

It's not only about the speed hacks dear.
He was also caught by EAD script for wall hacks, the thing which makes him more suspicious is the critical timing where he used the U key.

Also the script will only trigger when you press U while VC is active so you can't actually fool us.

actually I dont hack, I use to hack back then When I join VC, but now I dont. I dropped from vcmp from late 2012 to 2013, joined back in Mid 2013 and start playing with different nick, last year got this nick and using it. Why would I press U button just tell me, to degrade VU clan respect? To get me banned and ruin my reputation? To get kicked from VU? To be identified as hacker? a single reason please.

I know that, when you were live streaming I was watching everything, you will talking to axxo you said: "I am live streaming" Something like that to stop axxo to say something. I know that xmair pressed U key and freak or other guy posted the logs. I know that freak was secret manager. I know that U key script does exist in this server from start when I join ead.

-You weren't using it out of the game, since the script wouldn't register that
-You weren't using it while chatting, since the script doesn't recognize that
-The button wasn't assigned to any VOIP functions
Now then, make your choice. Refer to my first post here, and either come clean or face the consequences. In case the consequences aren't familiar to you, The clan has zero tolerance for hacks. Any member caught using/distributing and creating hacks for any purpose will be kicked out of the clan, and his actions will be reported to every major server owner.

Really dude, I didnt try to understand why would I confess when I didnt do anything, re investigate the case. You might find clue. I was playing LW since 5 months and nothing happened. I duel with Meta, won and got banned. how and why?
Btw, Will you trust Amal? If I ask amal to tv me and watch my skills from 1 and watch what I am doing from 1? OR any other guy with 2 PC, are welcome, I can do the same as I was doing in LW with any software.

I'm gonna say this. There are 2 types of non-hackers:
- The person who has never expressed interest in any hacks/mods because they view it as unfair play
- The person who doesn't hack because they're afraid they get caught
Which would you trust to never hack in a server if they're absolutely sure they can't be caught?
I'll say this to make sure things are clear. We don't randomly pick on our members and attack them with an accusation out of nowhere. Idk anyone here who's not cool with you to set you up in such a manner and even if we had such a person it wouldn't matter cuz the whole admin squad that played that day observed what was happening. To my eyes you've been doing good so far, and I think others have the same opinion but as much as we like you, we can't ignore this.
Most of the administration of EAD also ran Vice War, we had a case where Dadero[LK] spammed the shit out of F1. If we went solely by scripts alone, he'd be banned in a heartbeat the way he spammed it so much. We suspected him but we didn't ban him, we had to be fair and observe what was going on. My report as well as some others testified for his innocence even though we had no visual proof to show for it. Us seeing the U key being pressed is not the reason of flame, it's because we saw for our own eyes evidence of malicious activity that was supported by the scripts showing you pressing the U key in those moments of accusation. Idk what business happened at LW but you need to confess whether you hacked that reunion. Don't make us do something we don't want to do.

This is a situation being handle first by the administrator circle, and now being discussed by all full members to come to a final decision. Any time between now and the decision making, you will have to talk. If you choose not to and stick to your current statement that will be fine, but at the end we are making a decision. Logically and with proof. We all want to believe you, but people with great knowledge on the subject are putting your situation against the wall, and they have strong statements. All you have been doing is changing the reasons why and haven't stuck to one, that makes it shady.

I am standing strong on my statement still that "I am not hacker, I dont use wall hacks for advantageous perpose, I was hacker before I agree, in 2013 when I Joined vcmp."
