MIMO, I see that you are improving but you are not there yet. In your last app you were told to apply after 2 months, but you played for few weeks, went inactive, and came out of nowhere and applied. Now I'd say you should apply after 2/3 months and show your activity. Keep learning in those 2/3 months, work on your English and maturity. Voting no for this time, but if I see you a more different you next time, you'll get my vote.

actually whevever i try to connect to irc @lunet it says registry timeout. i dont know the reason but if any of u guys know it would be nice :)
