Consoles are only good for fighting games in general, like Tekken and Mortal Kombat.
They aren't good for anything.
Actually, I tend to disagree. Consoles have 1 major advantage over PC - convenience. The games are designed to work on the platform's specific hardware/software, so when you buy a game for Atari, NES, Genesis, XBox 360 or any other console, you are guaranteed that your game will work without any lag or technical issues. Which makes it a great gaming tool for kids and people that lack computer savyness.
On a PC however, you aren't guaranteed of anything. If you lack the juice you may need to buy a new graphics card, more ram, ect. Not everyone is capable and willing to deal with that kind of stuff.
