Some weapons will be free - Shotguns, SMG, Colt, Pyhton.
Others will cost money.
The paid weapons will not be lost on death or leaving the server. You will respawn with whatever ammo you had left, until you /disarm or replace the weapon with another through /wep.
The only exception to this is Chainsaw. Since Chainsaw doesnt have any ammo, it will be lost on death.

Can't you disable heli-killing teammates. As far as I know, there's a VCMP script which can disable helikilling teammates like if we mistakenly heli nlade our team, he won't die. Sorry if I am wrong.

No, there will be no admin application like last time.

You can't heli-kill team mates.
Staff are invited to admin team, the list is being updated as more people accept invitations.(No MIMO, you wont be getting any invite)

I have just last one.
agar kisi player ki ping 300+ hy or server kick kerta hy usey or woh idr suggestion deta hy ke ping limit increase kro yani 36 or 350 kro to kia us ke liye us ki yeh ping limit set kerdi jaye gi..? Because mene aaj server visit kia or meri ping udr 300-310 aa rhi thi. Yeh itna lagg nhi krti.

Players ke liye koi agar magar nahi, har dafa kick.
Ping limit is 300
FPS threshold is 25
For players, no exceptions, instant auto-kick. Staff may stay in spawn screen and spectate players. The auto kick only works on spawned players.

The check is after every few seconds seconds. It won't be an instant kick, but always less than 5 seconds.

On what specific metrics is the "time ingame" measured on? how long you are on the server for the 24 hours, or how much playtime you put in spawned?

Last time, it was how much time you put on the server. It was calculated from Thijn's Activity Monitor which calculates it through the masterlist for every server. It was not very accurate though, since the time spent during beta tests was also included in.
This time there is a metric for how much time you spent spawned.

All of you will need to apply as clan less players in whatever team you want:
I am in a clan, but do not want to represent it in the event.
If your clan is officially participating in the event, then you have to apply as a member of the clan. If it is not participating, then all it's members can post their individual applications in the Clan-Less Players Applications (http://viceunderdogs.com/index.php?topic=7507.0). You are allowed to use the clan tag if playing as a clan-less player.
If I was the clan leader, I would just kick the guy out of the clan. :D
What's the point of being in a clan when he doesn't want to follow it's leaders and ethos.

means if someone on 10 spree his hp will be 300? or will be restored to 100?

Tu zona horaria es -5... Eso significa que el evento comienza para ti el sabado a las 7:00 PM.

At the moment you can't spawn yet. It will be possible when event start. Make sure to enter the key when you will be entered and registered the first time there.

I know i can't spawn, but the problem is different, there are two skins for cubans and when i registered and try to spawn with first cuban skin i got those warnings n msg like please chose your assigned team, and when i choosed the second skin i got the msg I can't spawn war is not started. I already msged this to amal, and it might be some sort of bug, thats why posted here

i tested it with a random nick, registered it and when i tried to spawn it gave me the warning message and then i changed to the other cuban skin which ddnt give me the warning message when i tried to spawn as shown in the screenshot. Then i again switched to the first skin and tried to spawn but ddnt give the warning message like it did the first time. Anyways thanks for notifying us we will fix it asap.

FPS drop affect other's game play only when it's below 15, above 15, it lags only our game, we're normal to everyone and hitable too, moreover if it can't be done then instead of kicks, how about freezing the player until his/her fps go above the limit?

The current system is better than a freeze.
Anti-Lag measures: If a lagger's ping or FPS breaches the rules, they will see a one-time warning on the screen before the auto-kick. The player can avoid the kick by simply stopping his movement until the ping/FPS is back to stable values. If the laggers are moving while having bad ping/FPS they will be auto kicked.

Sseebbyy is working on re-creating the entire city. Basically, we planned that the entire Vice City will be removed. Havana and Haiti will be re-added and all other areas will only have LODs. The intention here was to help improve FPS for wooden PCs since they won't need to load parts of the city that are unnecessary.
Once this is completed, the Green-less mod(or any similar map mods) should not be a problem anymore because the bushes will be forced server side. But, before adding it:
- I need to be sure that this actually helps FPS issues.
- Doesn't make the city too ugly.
- Doesnt produce issues like players falling under the map.

Asa ho nhi sakta hai. Admins online hoge q k sirf Ek din ka Event hai, To sab hi online honge. Agarna ho to video record kar k post/pm kardena. ;)
This won't happen that there will be no Admins online there. Every Admin will be online I guess whole day as it is just 1 day event and it's on Sunday. Just incase, If Admins aren't near hackers/cheater record them and PM/Post the link to staff. ;)
