BackgroundSo, with Drake on board to help out scripting and hosting, we're going to make a go of reviving XE. There were no posts from the current management, confirming their lack of will to revive or fix the server. The server is going to be the same as before, but the management is going to be slightly different.
I will serve as the 'server coordinator'. To begin with, I will be responsible for recruiting staff, and coordinating the construction of the server. Once the server is open, control will be in the hands of managing admins.
All managing admins are equal, and they possess equal rights over the control of the server. Just like in a clan, the managing admins will discuss, vote, and come to decisions together. They will also have the power to act by themselves, when no discussion is needed. If managing admins vote to remove or penalise any other staff member, their decision is final. Managing admins will have access to commands previously reserved for upper management, such as changename, setpass, agoto, bring, setlevel and resetstats. To begin with, there will be few managing admins. After an understanding of and loyalty to the server is shown, an admin can be promoted to managing admin.
All admins are equal, and can contribute to the running of the server through discussion. Final decisions will be made by managing admins, however.
All moderators are equal, and can be promoted on the basis of a vote by the managing admins, or if there are too few to vote, then a vote by the admins.
