)... Fraps is a good choice for recording videos. It's very simple to use and you have only one hotkey to start/stop the recording. The only problem with it, atleast for me, is the size of the raw file after recording. Recording for half an hour can take quite some memory, around 4GB. Bandicam isn't a bad choice either as Bhai mentioned earlier.
About webcam and microphone, I don't know any webcam recording softwares as I usually don't record my face in my videos. For microphone you can use Fraps as it has built-in microphone recording thingy, but Audacity is a way better choice.
