.MSI File Problem

I got a new problem in installing vcmp 0.4 launcher on Mac,its a .msi file and I don't know how to extract/install it.
I need your help guys.
Please remember that I am not downloading anything from App Store for it.

P.S. Send me the vcmp 0.4 folder files as an attachment or just send the vcmp installer that comes after that setup which is downloaded from browser.

how are you supposed to install the windows executable on Mac OS?

Just got that the vcmp was not supported for Mac  :-[
Well,if you guys can tell me that how to run the windows of an admin user into another admin user.
I have windows installed and I want to run windows on another admin user without downloading windows

He has to install windows first and then the launcher will work like charm.
