Can't remember how long ago it was...but he came in VCCNR just to bug me to come here and vote for him. No playing the game, nothing. So...I have no choice but to vote NO since I don't know how he act during gameplay and all that.

And as others say, Improve your English a tad more and wait a while before you re-apply.
