complement avast with a program called combofix. its the strongest, free and very simple linear processed program that works better than any anti-malware program ive come across, ONLY in regards to getting rid of them. Unfortunate enough, its not a ever running program tht has shields and shit, jus a program to delete the toughest malwares, especially the ones that reproduce viruses as soon as u delete them

None. The capabilities of anti-viruses are very low and and greatly exaggerated. Unless you decide to sacrifice your time and energy by having to approve every single action every program does for the sake of paranoia. Which you wont D:

Their main weapon is to detect mainstream trojans that have infected 100 000s if not millions of computers.
Those kind of viruses usually nest in popular shit like "FREE" new games, programs and misleading malware sites. And I don't use any of those.
If some dick decided to attach a trojan on a mIRC or VCMP download I can guarantee that no super-mega-awesome antivirus will warn you.

And my point isn't that you shouldn't use viruses. Just be aware of their limited potential and think twice before downloading insecure stuff.

Was scrolling on this page waiting for someone to say None.
The best anti-virus, is yourself. Use common sense. But that's hard for some people in "the VCMP World" it seems..

+100 Thijn & Skirmant .There was a trojan virus in my pc,i installed avast,but due to that virus  nothing was opening ,i just formatted my pc and installed new window.I think Trojan came from torrents.(I download too much games/programs from torrent)Now everything ok .
