Not really, lookin' at the player's count around it, there are just 6-7 servers with 8-9 players averagely online..

LU will become popular, as for you Brian its your own decision, tho I recommend it.
Its very fun there, currently I'm developing a server there.
Its way better synched than VCMP, tho fighting sucks there but thats not a problem.

as i have seen by stormeus argo will eventually go there maybe they are already there thats why im thinking that i may join LU to

Player count at LU is low because of people like you. If we had good servers in LU I doubt it would have only 6/7 players. I am currently working on a RP server for LU and I hope I make people interested into joining it.
