The only thing that needs change imo is that you don't get involved into spit fights when someone accuses you of something. There is a peaceful way to argue, which doesn't involve flaming, and allows you to express your opinion and defend yourself.

Start accepting the fact that the world does not revolve around you.
You should think from other person's point of view too before presenting yours.
Try to put yourself as a person in your surroundings, then make your decisions.

That might help you with attitude problems :)

One in particular that comes to mind is:

Learn to accept your mistakes, its not that big of a deal to admit that you did something wrong. Everyone makes mistakes, kiddo ;)
