Trainers are legal for things that do not interfere with other peoples' lives in-game, such as playing single player, stunting, etc. They are only harmful when you ruin everyone's day by nading your ass off on filled servers.

Correct me if I'm wrong though.

I really cant walk up miles to get a bike.So i used trainer.I never use it in public servers.
