Could be me, but I remember Vice Wars being announced like a month ahead.
I understand that the management wants to be sure that everything works in order for 24 hours straight.
But 2 months is a long time, given the argument that scripters have "obligations in real life".

A little more detail about what still needs to happen, and a new date where VW4 possibly might happen, would be appreciated.

Autumn and Winter are the periods where VCMP is less active, so why organise a few VW at that period.

Just do it summer 2014, no matter the votes, it will make sure the activity is as high as it was during this Vice Wars.

Let the guys play this VW to it's end without ending it pre-maturely. Then maybe do another one without script failures.
Also this should count as the 'official' one, next one would be more for entertainment purposes 
Maybe possibly combine the kills from this VW and the possible next to get the winner?
