Title: Resign from vcdc

Reason is  no one come on time when i ask them to play and the biggest problem is ping when i ask them to come in server where i get better ping they reply me to come in another server where i get 300+ ping. So i can't manage this
i appriciate my efforts toward VCDC and VU staff they let me in VCDC

If players cannot agree on the server that should be played, the server they will play on is VCDC EUWest.
