I'm disappointed that he didn't speak up about how the clan is run and left rather than trying to improve it. That being said, if anyone here has any suggestions on how to make the clan better, please share, rather than bailing out.

I think the clan goes perfect, 60% of the members active.
All of the players have a great respect to us.
"I felt unconfortable with politics", I don't know if this is the truth, or He just felt bored here...
The clan now have a great members, fulls, trainees and rookies :)
I guess, the clan don't need to improve more. Already has improved a lot and it's one of the best clan in vcmp 8)

Not really surprising, his cousin is in SS and most of the Latin power too.
On other hand, VU goes well, I think he just found a way to lie out his real reason. Anyways, these day I've seen people talking about "vu is not what it used to", but I do not found any single real reason for say so. Whatever, I know here's a lot of loyal players that still be respectful to the clan they belong. Hopefully our current members are better than we expect.
P.S I want to propose a Clan War With SS, these guys talk too much, They think they are the best, it's time to shut their mouths for a while.

An outsider told me his reason behind saying this, might shed some light generally how we look from the outside. What he basically told me was that there's not much people in VU now to respect and speak to on a mature level. Back then we were a small group of mature people, now, we're a large group of "kids" and we're accepting too many "kids" hoping for one mature person in the batch and/or hoping for "kids" to grow up. That's basically the gist of what he reflected to me.

The problem with that theory is that VU has always operated like that. We made the three-tiered rank system for the express purpose of making noobs into respectable players, and even he had to start as a trainee and rise through the ranks. It makes for a more engaged player base than telling noobs that they can't join a good clan because they're bad, and they can't get good because they don't have a good clan to train them. If HexiN is going to leave because of that, and to gain "respect," it just goes to show that he doesn't deserve that respect in the first place, especially when misleading his former clanmates in the process.

Firstly, that's what I started to think since people started to talk around. And I must be sincere, sometimes I even start to question myself. Nevertheless, I feel that Stormeus' post is the most explanatory.

I think the reason behind leaving Vu is that Eddy is his cousin and also when SS breaks they will come back to VU or maybe DnA!
