I'm voting no because of your horrible inactivity maybe you have exams I appreciate the circumstances but I have never seen you in game before. Try to be more active in forums and game too, maybe I'll change my opinion to the positive vote if you improved.

Ofc no. I said "fair enough" not because he's from Bulgaria. Asking him why he is from Bulgaria was a side question. I have actually seen this guy before (a couple of months) and ingame.
