There is a command /c wep <wep name>
It gives you 9999 ammo.
M60 - $1000, M4 - $1000, Laser Sniper - $1500, Grenades - $750, Molotovs - $1250, Flame Thrower - $1000, Rocket Launcher - $1500
Rest of weps cost $0...
But the command for them is same.

Annoyingly my internet went down yesterday so I couldn't give the pass, sorry about that.
The crash is odd, and sadly it looks like vrocker forgot to put an auto restart on the server and now he's gone away. I've hit go on the server again but I can't make any changes to the script at the moment as I'm not on my pc, I'm using a laptop with mobile internet.
The server seems to be crashing a fair amount, whether this is a fault in the script or whether someone is attacking it I don't know but I'm going to try and fix it as soon as possible. I think it is more likely the latter case, as all the scripts have been thoroughly tested.

Final scores: Blue - 7166, Red: 6781
Was fun event overall, there was just a couple of flaws that could be fixed for next time, like:
-Remove DB from the start of the event
-Remove Seasparrow from the start (Since red team got like 100 kills with it, damn you uji :-X )
-Make it so that when the server has only members from one team, points can't be made.
-Also fix somebug with the blue team's defensive points ( blue team couldn't score defensive points for the last 2-3 hours)
-Fix the pickup bug (if more than one person picks up the pickup/package at the same time, the server will offer more than 4 points, ex: if 2 ppl pick it up at the same time, the servers offers 8 points)
Anyways, i heard ppl talking about making this event every week, will that go on?

Congratz VU for the sucesseful event. Had loads of fun :).
Constant huge ammount of players and a very well organized event.
Tho there are some things that happen in event that can be avoided somehow in future ones. (just a personal opinion)
(this post is not intended to offend anyone's work or anyone involved in the event).
- Seasparrow in the begining of the event (removed later :) )
- Outnumbered teams most of the time (actually no1's fault);
- Defensive points not working/detecting for blue team;
- Rocket Launcher (Rocket launcher glitch is way to overpowered and quite annoying, could be removed for a better gameplay experience)
- when 2 players or more standing in the same package point counts as 2 pick ups. (8 points at once)
- Spawns (Ridiculous spawn locations like army base)
and thats all i guess, sorry for the fast/lame post, im really tired. Way too much Vice City.

I agree with pretty much everything you guys have said. It was never going to be perfect the first time, we can just improve on it the next.
As for the pickup bug, that was caused by VC:MP's delightful sync. We were actually going to have it so that people had to stand in the pickup for 5/10 seconds before their points were awarded, but the script that was made had flaws so we decided not to use it. Next time we will though.
When next time will be I don't know, I'll have a chat to aXXo about it. I don't think it'll be a weekly thing as it will lose its appeal slowly, I'd prefer it to be monthly or bi-monthly personally.

I think we should give it a try on LU.
We will probably not be facing any technical issues there, that are caused due to client shortcomings.
-No any server crash
-No any pickup bug
-No any player slots problem
-No any sniper aim problem
-Less lag due to better sync
-No warping laggers.
I dont see any reason why it cant be done on LU.
I think everyone who was yesterday can come to LU too. Server will eventually fill up.
Get GTA3 guys...need download link? :D
GTA 3 will be fun, LU has many features that could be used for this event.
Maybe we will have radar where you see only your team members, enemy invisible on radar (is that possible?)
Ahhh...no sea sparrow, but have you tried car killing in LU? (Im sure Uji will love it ;D )

I think we should start preparing for it.
When server is fully functional...teams are decided...all players are informed...we will decide a suitable date after that. Probably near end of this month if we are able to organize stuff in time. ;)

To the ppl moaning about laggers, stop, there's really no point arguing over that. There was laggers on both teams so stop saying the blue team had laggers, the red team had laggers too, and to be honest none of the blue team laggers lagged like this:

Bass was lagging really bad, and no I wasn't bugged to him nor did he paused, if you look at the chatbox you can actually see he was just typing, while getting shot at, anyone who fought him knows what im talking about.

Bass wasn't kicked because of his ping but one member of the blue team was continuously getting kicked by NicoArin and other admins. It was this "Undercover9" guy, how is that fair?

lol juan, i don't know if you know this but in the first few hours the red team got points by drive-bying and got +100 kills with the seasparrow, and in the last hours the defensive points for the blue team were broken, so if we killed anyone near our base we woulnd't get any defensive points so don't say blue had advantage, we had more disadvantages then advantages, the only advantage we had was having more players in the last hours and that's really something the red could have avoided since most of them started to ragequit.

The way I see it is that players were fairly balanced on both sides, the mix of laggers, skilled players and nubs was the same. The only thing that was different was that blue had 30% more players registered than we did. They also had a couple of very dedicated players who played for hours.
Either way, when I got to play it was a lot of fun. Next time we will put restrictions on certain weapons and techniques, but for now let's just take what it was for what it was, an almost entirely restriction-less war allowing everyone to exploit this game to gain one up on each other. The only way to really 'win' at VC:MP is if you can take what someone's got, do it back to them and do it better. There's no use in crying about people using certain techniques if you can't master them yourself and do them right back.

Yeah i know what you mean, you are saying that you don't really slide with it and that's true you don't, but when you use it, it causes major desync issues and you kinda sllide away and sometimes while lying on the ground xD
Sometimes when i shot you, you fell, lost hp and still shot me a rocket to tha face while lying down lul :'(
I don't mean you only, i mean anyone who used the rocket got wildly desynced with other players, hope that in 0.4 there will be a better sync when using the rocket.

we got fucked by Kevin's rocket glitch numerous times...did we say anything? no....as it was part of game..and actually i myself liked it...was something that killed the boredom for me
Instead of fighting over the past here...why dont you guys just let it go...we will see everything in next Vice war event.

we don't ban anyone for lag (if thats what the reason was for ban (http://vu.vrocker-hosting.co.uk/index.php?topic=1683.msg17454#msg17454)), and i know when i was playing there for couple of minutes, undercover was just not lagging badly, nor warping, he was just moving killing dying simply like others.

Kicking Faf, and baning the other guy (wich i dont recall the name) with the reason: "Reported by an experienced player".

I believe it was an honest mistake by stormeus though, he probably did it when the server warped and thought he was warping. Since faf doesn't warp, his ping may be high but it's constant, doesn't spike, and im 100% it wasn't from his PC either.

I do agree that on some other cases the administration could have been better though, when it comes to banning/kicking people, admins need to be really sure about what they're doing and shouldn't just go by other ppl's guesses, experienced or not.

Kicking Faf, and baning the other guy (wich i dont recall the name) with the reason: "Reported by an experienced player".
I mean who cares if its experienced or not. Atleast attempt to check before pressing the Ban key.

Coming to Bass being a lagger, you can sure point one in a crowd, but when it comes to blue, everybody were lagging. There were a couple of 500 pingers too.
FaF , "everything is allowed", that doesnt mean you abuse the fuck out of your weps even after you fuckheads outnumbered us. and not to mention ALL of Blue were doing that, including Hanney. Fuck it if you're gonna score the most kills sliding for 12 hours a day. Im not complaining, im just pointing out .
Anty ( or who ever posted a video ), Keep that video alone, we could have recorded more than 12 hours of lameness coming from blue. So, to hell with your video.

Yep (poll thread?), LU doesnt have much players but it's a great multiplayer, an event could gather enough people, that would be awesome.

Lol red were kicked a couple of times too, nicoarin got kicked like 6/7 times, helix, and cola too. So like i said stop moaning about laggers, both teams had laggers. There was various ppl on the blue team that weren't lagging, i had a low ping just like anty and a couple more ppl and there was also ppl on red team that weren't lagging. The point i wanted to make with bass's lagging was that while the blue team had laggers too, none of us lagged like that.

I seriously lmao everytime you talk about our "lameness", if you could record 12 hours of our lameness we could have recorded 24 hours out of the red team's lameness. With all the seasparrow abuse, DB and rocket sliding you still complain about us using the spaz and abusing it lmao
