Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I see it you don't need to play VCMP at all to be VU. It's pretty much all about chilling out in the forum, IRC and sharing random stuff together as every group does. So I see no reason why you are leaving VU. As long as you have 5 min of free time a week to check the forum you can be a fully functional member ;D
