Well you have to understand thakur, that not a lot members know you. (Or as I, have never even seen you.) And since your English is not as great to convince us, but also not as bad to deny this in the first week. Those should be the reasons why it's taking so long atm. But it's also completely incorrect from us to ask you to be patient after 4 weeks of waiting. What concerns me personally is the little language barrier and the results that pop out when is search for "thakur" in XE forum. Some ban appeals and reports come out, and even if they're wrong, they show that you have some problems with other players (with regular- one reported you for a dumb reason, but still ,and the ban appeal- shows that some admins don't find you as a loyal player and that might cause us some problems in the future if you don't become a neutral player.)
Since I see that the only person who actually has an opinion about how you are ingame is icyrider (he voted trainee), I guess then that the trainee rank is for us to help you become a mature player. If no one now has strong objections of why you really shouldn't be accepted, then I could go for
trainee.
