Why you want to join VU: Well, At first I was admired by the people. Now Just for mere fun since VC:MP without a clan is boring and due to that I dont even play it much

Yes it is. Doing something out of boredom doesn't show any commitment, and without commitment this clan wouldn't have a purpose. This clan lists friendship, kinship and understanding as its #1 ideal, therefore joining it just because you have nothing better to do in life is simply a waste of time.
In other words, when the only reason for joining this clan is spending time with awesome people from dozens of different cultures, feel free to reapply.

P.S I plan on being active if I there's a reason for it.I've remained Clan-Less for more than a year. I was critically bored that's why I applied here. I also plan in participating in any major clan war or clan event.

No or less activity isn't an issue for me, What I want you to understand is that being in a clan doesnt mean that you must be active on the forums and with everyone at all times.Take VU as an example, you might not agree but the forum is dead BUT it doesn't affect the reputation of the clan.People still want to join the clan and VU gets new applications every week which is a proof that VU is still there. I've had a bad impression on everyone here because of the first post I made here, I've changed alot since then.
