After speaking to a few other active VUs, the myself and the rest of the clan has decided you should be promoted to Rookie, tmavs.

The rate at which you are learning how to play VC:MP and getting involved with the community is great. You have improved a lot over the last 2 weeks and I'm sure you won't stop improving for some time to come.
