Ya, you seemed like an alright guy, I might even vote trainee.

Also, a suggestion- would it be possible to make the text boxes bigger (when you make application), so applicants see that a bit more than 1 short sentence is required? :)

Anyway, he seems like an alright guy, mediocre skills and nice attitude. His only problem is his English vocabulary, but he knows enough to communicate without trouble. Voting trainee.
