Well, in all seriousness, getting banned there in the first place means you cannot be really trusted at the moment (unless if you're permanently banned) to play fair there, no matter how many amount of "say-so" words you have. There really is no reason for someone to get banned, normally and naturally, unless you pulled the trigger for the ban to hammer you down.
