Ping Auto-Kick When at 300

First of All ... Assalam-o-Alikum ....
I'm Facing problem of Auto-Kick due to High ping but its 300 and 350- Ping
But its Not Fair with me and Many Other players ... Those players Will Reply here
Saim , Hari , Me , Dave and Many others can Be reply
Because its not Fair I Also lost 2 Bags due to that Ping kick
At those Time if I didn't move that Haitains can Kill me Thats why its My Suggestion Plis Remove that Kick
Just Use Auto-Kick when the ping is at 400 And 300+ and 350- Is not Enough Much lag
its just a Bit lag That other Players can bear it
And Plis do this My Ping in EC And in This War Server aren't really same ScreenShot here :
 
If my Ping is at 235 in EC its 360 in Havana Hazard ._.
Please Admins its my First War in VC:MP Please let me to Play in Peace
Just Keep the Limit of Ping at 400 Please

Same problem with me today am kicked 3 or 4 times when bag in my hand ....
My FPS Is 60 and PINGS 285 to 310 But when my pings spike to 300 server auto-kicked me plox disable auto kicked
