I'm gonna vote Vice City Cops and Robbers because I guess its only the server where you really feel that its the genuine and original thing you are seeing. It has its own game-mode where most of the players enjoy by playing there. I think it is the 2nd server in VC:MP where people in more majority play.

It has its own cool mode where players enjoy, everyone is equal there.
