Dear Bass,
The clan has taken a vote and decided to demote you to the Trainee rank. We feel that your manner with other players has declined and that you have become a bit arrogant. There is no room for arrogance in this clan. We do think you can change however, if we didn't we'd just kick you out. We'd like to give you a chance to improve yourself.
If you cannot take this humbly and wish to leave then that's fine, but that is not our desire.
