Limit weps under Ping

I'd say limit weps under ping, imo like spaz, Molotovs, Grenades, Flame Thrower and Rocket Launcher can be used under specific ping imo my suggestion is like players under...150 ms can use spaz, same for other weps..what ping i suggest is:

Spaz:250 ms
molotovs:150-200 ms
Flame thrower: 200-250 ms
Rocket launcher: 300 ms

I bet it would be fair shot for Europeans

Decrease ammo count to min. for mol..RPG, nades and long range weps.
example:30-50 (would be enough)

ps:atleast increase the price of nades..mol and RPG

Nah, it's not hard personally for me to kill a some lagger (200-300) with a spaz, i did it many times, if the ping was 400-500 and higher, then was necessary to do something with that, but in this case everything depends on your reaction, just is needed to catch him at the right moment and to knock down.

I don't mind a lagger carrying a spaz, as it is hard for the lagger to aim too.
Rockets glitching is not allowed, so I don't mind laggers shooting rockets either. They fire it while standing still.

no way please...if you guys have already set a ping limit then why this?
never liked the idea of disabling things...I have seen it on servers...all low pingers use for eg sea sparrow which we cant use and spam it all the time...it feels more of a disadvantage...a feeling of not being treated equally imo...
