Basically, there are two teams in vicewar. Cuban & Haitian. You can either apply as clan or as a single member. Check this board if you want to apply for haitian team either as clan or clanless. ( http://viceunderdogs.com/index.php?board=228.0 ) read the two stickied topics there.
