If you are not able to download the server files by connecting to the server you may download it from here:

Where to place these files?
Place the entire 188.166.79.144-8190 folder in the VCMP Roaming directory accessed through:

• Open Run: Windows + R key.
• Enter %appdata%
• Browse to VCMP/04beta/store
• Put the entire folder here, replace everything that already existed.
