Bricks there are not solid that means it is legit to reach there without any use of hacks. Hence, no player gains advantage. Suri has himself investigated for it.

Wall glitching with sniper doesn't need hack but is disallowed. So shouldn't this also be disallowed? ???

Both players can shoot each other with ease whereas with sniper, you may or may not know from where it is coming.
