« on: January 09, 2018, 06:39:24 pm »I was seeing the skin selection because I couldn't spawn due to having less than 19 fps and it happens even when there are 5 players online. Some days ago I could play with 20 players at the same time fighting in the same area with 60 fps.When I join any server like EAD or CTF I get 60 fps or 30 in LW but when I join EC I get 15 fps or lower. Why I have this problem in EC only and what can I do to solve this problem?It happens due to amount of players in a small area and the action you are seeing.
Edit: I tested with another PC and I got the same result. 60 fps in other servers and less than 15 in EC even with a few players online.

- Asesinar: Cada asesinato da 1 punto.
- Sobrevivir: Cada muerte le dará 1 punto al otro equipo.
- Bases: Cada base capturada dará 3 puntos por minuto.
- Matanzas: Matanzas darán una cantidad de puntos igual al multiplicador de la matanza. (Matanza de 5 dara +5 points, Matanza de 10 dara +10 points). El multiplicador incrementara si tu equipo captura mas bases. Asà que, capturar una base garantizara un 2x al bonus de matanza. Capturar 2 bases, garantizara 3x de bonus.
Dinero
Armas y salud pueden ser compradas gastando dinero. El dinero es ganado:
- Asesinar: Cada asesinato dara $100.
- Sobrevivir: Cada muerte quita -$20.
- Bases: Cada base capturada dara $600 por minuto, distribuidos entre todos los jugadores online de la banda igualitariamente.

Motocicletas de Rally
- Las motocicletas de rally es una motocicleta común, la cual lleva el logo/emblema de tu banda.
- Las motocicletas de rally te permiten realizar Drive-By con armas SMG.
- Las motocicletas de rally te garantizan /heal bonus.
- Cada equipo comienza con una motocicleta de rally, la cual aparece en el bar de downtown.
- Cuando capturas una base, ganas una motocicleta adicional que aparece en esa base. La motocicleta desaparece si pierdes esa base.
- No puedes usar las motocicletas de rally de otros equipos.
Armas
- Las armas pueden comprarse con el comando /wep.
- Los jugadores pueden fijar armas gratis como armas de spawn (/spawnwep), recibiendolas cada ves que aparescan.
- Cuando un jugador muere, el/ella va a reaparecer con la munición restante del arma. Eso significa, que conservaras tus armas incluso si mueres o sales del servidor hasta que se te acabe la munición.
- Precio de las armas
Chainsaw - 1(se pierde al morir) 100$ Ruger - 200 ammo 400$ M4 - 200 ammo 500$ M60 - 200 ammo 500$ Spaz - 200 ammo 1500$ Molotovs - 30 ammo 1000$ Grenades - 30 ammo 1000$ Remote Grenades - 30 ammo 1200$ Flamethrower - 100 ammo 1000$ Sniper Rifle - 100 ammo 2500$ Laserscope Sniper - 200 ammo 4000$ Rocket Launcher - 30 ammo 6000$ - Todas las otras armas son gratis, excepto la minigun la cual esta deshabilitada.
Bases
- Las 6 bases mostradas en el mapa tienen igual valor.
- Para capturar una bases, debes quedarte en el punto de captura por 10 segundos.
- Cada base garantiza 3 puntos por segundo.
- La tasa de ticks es 20 segundos. Asà que, cada 20 segundos tu equipo ganara un punto para cada base sumando 3 puntos por minuto.
- Cada base garantiza $600 por minuto distribuido igualitariamente entre todos los jugadores en linea.
- La tasa de ticks del dinero es de 20 segundos. Asi que, cada 20 segundos el equipo ganar $200 por cada base capturada sumando $600 por minuto.
- Cada base que controlas, multiplica el dinero, los puntos y la salud ganada por el bonus de matanza.
- Cada base spawnea un motocicleta de rally cuando es capturada. Si un enemigo captura la base, esa motocicleta es removida y reaparece en la base como una motocicleta enemiga.
Curarse
- Ganaras 30 x multiplicador de matanza HP despues de cada asesinato. Este valor incrementa dependiendo del numero de bases capturadas.
- Tu puedes usar /heal por $100 cuando conduces una motocicleta. La moto debe estar detenida para usar el comando.
- Curarse en una motocicleta de rally es gratis.
Bajas
- El numero de muertes de tu equipo por hora es llamadoBajas.
- Este contador se resetea a 0 después de cada hora.
- Si las bajas incrementan por arriba de 200, tu banda sufrirá ciertas desventajas.
- Desventajas El numero de puntos ganados por las bases se reduce a 1 por minuto.
- Desventaja: El dinero generado por las bases se reduce a $200 por minuto.
- Desventaja: El dinero generado por los asesinatos es divido a la mitad.
- Desventaja: No se dará bonus por matanza.

Vice War - Biker Brawl es un evento de 24 horas, donde varias bandas de motociclistas luchan entre si por un dÃa entero en el distrito de Downtown. La banda que gane mas puntos después de las 24 horas, gana el evento.
 | The Map Overlay: Las 3 regiones Naranjas son las zonas de spawn alrededor de Downtown. Los jugadores pueden elegir la zona donde quieren spawnear al momento de seleccionar su skin. Ellos aparecerán aleatoriamente en las cercanÃas del area seleccionada. Notar que, ninguna de las áreas de spawn pertenece a una banda, asi que puede que un enemigo aparezca cerca tuyo. De todas maneras, siempre puedes seleccionar un área diferente, si crees que sobrevivir en una región particular puede ser difÃcil. Estas son las 6 bases que tiene un punto de captura. Bitcoin will eventually crash down, maybe not this year, maybe not next year - but it will - then we'll either forget about it's existence or it will remain steady at a certain value that definietly isn't $20000. Or maybe - the circle will repeat again. Doubt.
What exactly is Bitcoin backed by?
Bitcoin is backed by the people using it, the first value of bitcoin was the amount of electricity needed to generate one.
The circle has been being repeated since it creation, it won't crash while people use it to buy things or exchange it for money.

Some see the drop as fallout from long-unresolved problems with Bitcoin’s infrastructure, and the increasingly intense civil war it has produced in the cryptocurrency community.
Some recent Bitcoin buyers have described trying to actually use bitcoin for purchases, only to run into the reality of the network’s absurdly high transaction fees. Those fees have risen steadily for years due to crowding on the network.
So we can see more drop possibly due to resolving these issues
We can't resolve these issues, Bitcoin devs aren't going to change anything about its infrastructure. Transaction fees won't go down until everyone decide to pay low fees and all transactions will be low-priority.
Bitcoin value will increase again as it did months and year ago.
