Charley, I like conversing with you cuz I see you are a wise person, so please, understand my point and don't take it as a threat. Let's suppose that you and your team found the best solution for this, will you be happy because you got rid of this problem ? no. why ? because new hacks will be created, and aimlock will be a small drop of water in a big sea of the hacks that will be released. So what you are doing now will be demolished in the future. I'll repeat again, don't take this as a threat, it's a fact.
On the other hand, we can help this community and the game be better. We can provide a better future for VCMP, we can help in making fantastic updates, making other anti-cheat scripts, etc...

You're not the only programmers/scripters in this community, you're not the only that can make hacks/anti hacks. We will find a solution, new hacks will be created, we will find a solution again. You can't stop cheaters with your 100% effective script, we can get rid of them without you.

We don't want to deal with terrorist just because they offer to protect us from future terrorist, we need soldiers (admins) and scientist (programmers/scripters) who want to make this community and this game better and will fight for it. I would consider what you did as treason to this community.

He made a mistake, some people gave him a 2nd opportunity. Now he is trying to get unbanned at every server by offering his 100% effective anti aimlock script. Also he thinks that he is the only one that can help us because without him we won't be able to get rid of newer hacks.

Why cant we all just use RPG. They better ok

This entire topic is a big joke, nobody (except morphine) want to unban you and receive your script that may "damage the aimlock". You want to deal with the people you insulted when they banned you. You came back humbly asking for us to forgive you and let you play in the Vicewar. Now you came arrogantly offering us "the cure to the aimlock" and we need to unban you and accept the deal because if we don't do that you, mimo and thorax will develop new "lethal hacks" that can kill VCMP.

I think it would help to understand how aimlock works before we speculate on possible solutions. Aimlock works by following the player nametag. Want to stop aimlock users? Just disable player nametags with: SetShowNametags( false );

It's not an ideal solution, but its somewhat of a solution. A custom nametag can be added with 3D Sprites or text labels, although it wouldn't take much effort to adjust the hack to lock into that custom sprite/text instead so we run into the same issue there. So yea, the safe bet would be just not showing any nametags I guess. This could buy us some time until another hack comes along.

The real solution here lies with VCMP devs, they have "proper" ways to block this, unfortunately there's not much we can do that doesn't bring another set of problems into the mix.

Already implemented and tested in my server with nimitz(aimbot user, he wants to collaborate to reduce his ban in some servers). It works with newer and older aimlock versions but I don't know about future aimlocks.
