RTV used to have 2 or barely 3 PL members lol and for your information he didn't take out anyone, we left the server community including [MK]Rest I assume.

and most importantly don't defend yourself or you'll get banned.

they're not russian, the main dev is from netherlands, and what they're doing is some quality stuff. check swegta videos about their UGMP streams. they're not just a bunch of amateurs.

i dont know about dev's country but their staff members are mostly from russia and some nearby countries.
