I didn't watch the video, but there are already GTA archives hiddenly uploaded in some site, they contain full original files and compressed in 7zip formats, all you need to do is put a crack or just buy the game.
I'll tell you the link but always remember to put a disclaimer at the beginning of your videos when you make a tutorial about how to download a game, this way you'll never appear to be promoting piracy
