I do not know if this is the right department to ask such questions, but ...

Dear VU forum users. You know maybe some fashion improving the Vice City graphics, which would also work on multiplayer, and you could use them legally?

All cosmetic mods are legal, except greenless mod (which removes grass etc) in some servers..

There was a collection of hd mods made by hanney some time ago, that were compatible with vcmp. Don't know if the link's still active though.
