10 years? Ehhh..... Yeah..... Maybe next time. What about in 2-3 years? As long as you get a bit more mature. You know, to get better in English, meet more people in VCMP, get a bit more known around the server. So my vote for now is NO. If you don't get accepted, feel free to try again after a few months or so. But nothing is guaranteed.
