Why is the command /c wep instead of /wep only?
What weapons will the people get on the first spawn?
Are there any free weapons?
Where will the server be hosted? Can you try to grab a server which fits Pakistani/Indian players?
Is rocket glitching allowed? (Immediately switching weapons to avoid the animation)

The command is /wep, it was a typo

All other weapons are free of charge, except minigun which is disallowed.
Server is hosted by Thijn in the Netherlands, it appears stable even for Pakis/indians. You can check your ping on the server using methods listed here: http://viceunderdogs.com/index.php?topic=6315.0

You may disable your frame limiter.

Each team has 4 skins, which spawn with different combination of SMGs and Shotguns.
You can also set your /spawnwep (only for free weapons)
The server is hosted by me.

Could these be elaborated?
- Will there be hunter or sea sparrow? If yes then will they be for free or for money like old vw.
- Will there be Panzer?
- Will there be give money cmd?
- What will be the limit of players in server?
- Will there be all weapons except minigun, weapons like screwdriver, katana, chainsaw, bat etc ?

You are not allowed to use the /wep command while firing a weapon. I won't go in further detail, since there are some exploitable VCMP bugs which are better not elaborated on a public forum. The less people know, the better.
There will be no special vehicles.
A /givecash command has been added to the command list.
The player limit is 100. In case the server reaches the player limit, the admins will try their best to kick AFK players and newbs who don't understand the game mode.
All melee weapons will be free. Minigun is the only weapon which is not featured. There will be no custom weapons.

is there Team-Chat system? because it will be helpful to communicate with our Team mates, so that blue team won't be able to read our messages.

It is a 24 hour event, so 2:00 AM Sunday to 2:00 AM Monday.
Join any time.
