Oh and, you PC restards because you probably need to clean it from the insite (open the PC it-self, then clean it). You will see alot of dust and in some places it's formed into wool or dirt.

Take a brush or something and clean it out.
Make sure you make a good quality clean on the fan and processor (mostly processor, because from the dust it overloads and make your PC to restard.
After the clean, if your PC is insite in your desk, take it out, so the PC can breathe.

I used to have the same problem like you. I played games and about 15 - 20 my PC restards, lol... then i cleaned it and it stoped restading.
