List out what would be a DREAM TEAM for any of VCMP's Game mode.
I have considered 5 Players in main team + 3 substitution.
Example :

E-A/D:
1)[VU]Shawn
2)[VU]Dr.Shawn
3)[TZ]Shawn
4)=TsG=Shawn
5)Tz.D

Subs:
1)Some VU
2)Some TsG
3)Some DU guy(not wilson)

Lets start from the basis that I prefer to have experienced players in each weapon/gamestyle for an equilibrated team like having 2 m4/ruger guys, 1 RPG player, 1 sniper guy (mostly for A/D) 1 m60 guy, Capturers for CTF and RTV etc.. instead of filling my team with m4/m60 users, just to add an example.

We used to do this back in some 2018-19 and those were the best days of vcmp with these guys. Now it's more of a dream team because it can't happen again due to these mariconas going out of the scene.

I wrote ea/d dream team depending on strategies, RTV on sneakiness & CTF on combat skills.

To me each player has his own pros and cons. So yeah depending on the base, the players will be benched. Say in my list below, Wr*blix is a great strategical player so I'll play him in a base like Hyman Memorial Stadium and other similar bases. However, his close range combat 1v1 CQB isn't as good as compared to LumberJack or Krystianoo. Same way, if we need more brains in a base, I'll substitute Gynla for Klaus. What I mean to say is, my substitutes aren't any less than my starting 5. It's just a matter of who will do better in a particular base.
